Enrollment Process

Step 1:

-Initial Contact-

Provide child's name and DOB. Schedule an interview.

Step 2:

-Interview-

One hour is designated for interviews with potential families.

At this time, you can ask any questions you may have.

All children and parents/legal guardians must be present.

Step 3:

-Read the contract and policies-

Once you've decided to have your child(ren) join our daycare you can return the Enrollment Package completed and signed. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned before care begins.

It is important to note: This is a business, providing a service. We are not your employees. We have and enforce the policies outlined in the Parent Handbook. As the parent/guardian, you must decide whether our policies and program are the right fit for you and your family.

Fees:

The following is due when the enrollment package is submitted:

$235 registration deposit (applied to final week of childcare)

1st week payment.

Supply List

The following is due when the enrollment package is submitted:

Infant & Toddlers:

2 bottles and nipples

3 complete changes of clothing

Frozen breast milk or formula (min 1 weeks worth)

Pacifier

1 pack of diapers (replaced as needed)

1 pack of wet wipes

Preschoolers:

2 complete changes of clothing

1 sweater/jacket

1 pack of wet wipes

1 pack of diapers or training pants

Good walking/running shoes (no crocs/flip flops/open toe shoes)

Parent Handbook:

All fees are due on Friday, of the week incurred.

Weekly payments are due the Friday, before the upcoming week of care.
